Register now for the
2024-2025 school year!
Please read through ALL of the steps below before beginning the registration process. If you require any assistance please call the Preschool office at 559.327.9180.
Registration appointments take place at the Child Development office at 1735 David E Cook Way, Clovis 93611.
CSPP STEP 1: Age Qualification

ON or AFTER
September 2, 2024

CSPP STEP 2: Eligibility
IS MY CHILD ELIGIBLE FOR A CA STATE PRESCHOOL?
Clovis Unified Preschool offers CA State Preschool Programs (CSPP), which are provided at no-cost to eligible families.
CA STATE PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS (CSPP) (no cost)
Eligibility for CSPP is based on the documentation and verification of
ONE
of the following:
At-risk of abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation
Child Protective Services (CPS)
Homelessness
Current Government Benefits Recipient (CalWorks, Medi-Cal, WIC, CalFresh, etc)
Income Eligible (Click

Children with exceptional needs (active IEP required)
Reside within the attendance boundary of: Pinedale, Sierra Vista, Tarpey, or Weldon
If your family/child meet any of the categories above, click

A physical and TB risk assessment is
not required at the time of registration.

PP STEP 2: Eligibility & Fees
IS MY CHILD ELIGIBLE FOR CUSD PRIVATE PAY PRESCHOOL?
All children meeting the age qualifications are eligible for Private Pay (fee-based) Preschool.

$35 per day (Click

A one-time registration fee of $30 (single child) or $40 (family) will be applied to your first bill.
Payment is due the 1st of each month. A monthly statement containing the amount due is delivered prior to the 1st of each month.
If monthly payment is not received by the 10th of the month a late payment fee of $15 will be applied to your account.
If 30 days lapse without payment in full, termination of services may occur.

CSPP & PP STEP 4: ONLINE REGISTRATION
Now that you have determined if you will be registering for a
CSPP Preschool Program
or a
Private Pay Program
, you are ready to complete the online application. We recommend completing the application on a computer/laptop and NOT a smart phone. You will fill out the online application, upload required documents and make an appointment to meet with one of our preschool registrars to finish the process. I
f you are unable to upload documents you may bring them with you to the registration appointment.
Be sure to refer to the Registration Instructions for a list of required documents. The registration process cannot be completed until all documentation is verified.
