W.F. West School Supplies

Each student should come prepared to start the year with the following basic items:

  • Backpack

  • Pens & #2 Pencils
  • Notebook Paper
  • Calculator – check with teacher for type

  • 2-4 Spiral Bound Notebooks

  • 3-6 Folders or 1″ Binder with Dividers

  • Colored Pencils/Markers

  • Glue Sticks

  • Ruler
  • Highlighters

  • Personal Water Bottle

  • 2 Disinfectant Wipes or Baby Wipes (for 1st period classroom)

  • 2 Boxes of Tissues (for 1st period classroom)

  • Teachers may provide class-specific needs the first week of class

W.F. West School Fees

Fees may be paid in person at the ASB office and some may be paid online. Log into our Payment Portal using your Skyward Family Access login information to pay fees online.

Under HB 1660, students who qualify for free or reduced lunch are eligible for assistance if they are unable to pay the fees to attend or participate in any optional noncredit extracurricular district event which is of a cultural, social, recreational, or athletic nature. CLICK HERE to learn more.

  • Athletic Participation  $45 (per sport)

  • Baby Bearcats  $45 per month

  • Football Participation  $50 annually

  • Helmet Fee (football only)  $30

  • FFA Dues  $3 annually

  • Key Club  $13 annually

  • National Honor Society  $10 annually

  • Reserved Parking $20 (with ASB) annually

  • Reserved Parking $25 (without ASB) annually

  • SkillsUSA  $3 annually

  • Yearbook $55 (fall purchase)

  • Yearbook $70 (spring purchase)

Student Chromebooks

If your student has been issued a Chromebook for school use, please be aware that if the Chromebook is lost or damaged, you may be charged for repair or replacement if the damage is intentional or caused by carelessness. For more information, refer to Board Policy 2023.

If your student’s Chromebook is stolen, we ask that you make a police report.
