DEI Survey - March/April 2023

At Carlsbad Unified School District, we aim to foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels safe and a sense of belonging. We value your input and believe that your voice is essential.

To support this work, we invite all parents, staff, and students in grades 6-12 to participate in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey from Monday, March 20, 2023 to Friday, April 7, 2023. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. If you have children at multiple schools, you may complete the survey for each school site. Parents and staff will receive a link to the survey via email.

We will be holding open public meetings at three different school locations on Tuesday, March 23. Our goal is to engage as many people as possible by sharing the survey results, followed by table discussion and feedback from attendees. The times and locations will be shared in the coming weeks.
