    1. Read to your children daily and have them read to you. Ask about what happened in the story. Ask about the characters and the events that take place. Encourage them to read each day. 2. Designate a set time each day to go over homework together. 3. Keep a calendar of upcoming events, tests, projects due, etc. close by to refer to daily. 4.
