If you child develops symptoms of COVID-19, please let the school know and follow the guidance on this document before they return to school. 

If your child needs to take medication at school, we require this form on file in the office, signed by the child's doctor and a parent. Please drop off medication in the office rather than sending it in with your child. Thank you!
