Hello, I am Ms. Lindsay Decatur

I have been the CIS Site Coordinator here at William Lenoir Middle School since September 2019. 

In the summer of 2019, my two sons and I moved to Lenoir from Wilmington, NC. I have been teaching since 2005 and during that time I have worked with children from the age of infants all the way to high school.

When I am not at school, I am pretty much always with my 2 sons. We can be found hanging out around the house, finding something around town to do, or taking a quick trip back home to the beach to stick our toes in the water and visit family. I love to read, make art, scrapbook, go hiking & camping, and have movie/game nights with my kids!

I am so happy to be a part of Communities In Schools; this program is amazing and the students are some of my favorite that I have worked with so far! The objective of CIS is to surround our students with support so that they have what they need to be successful. To be their voice, and their advocate. I am here for you all and will do whatever I can to help; if I can not do it myself, I will find someone who can!
