Welcome to First Grade!!!

This is my third year at Valmead and I couldn't be more excited. I taught second grade for one year in Wilkes county. I graduated from UNC several years ago but always wanted to teach, so I went back to school to get my teaching license. I graduated from ASU in December 2018. I love being in the classroom and helping your children to learn and grow. 

I live in Kings Creek with my husband and son, 3 horses, 2 dogs and 16 chickens!! I have two other children. One is married and is mother to our precious grandson, Charlie.  Our other child is in her second year at UNCW.
