  • What will a typical day look like for students?

    Posted by:

Teachers at Caldwell Connect will provide synchronous (live) and asynchronous (independent) learning experiences.  Live learning experiences are those that will occur at a regularly scheduled time and require participation from students.   This may include direct instruction from the teacher, small group instruction with the teacher or collaborative group activities among students.  Independent learning experiences are more flexible.  These are activities that students may complete on their own schedule within a specified time frame. Examples of independent learning experiences include student work assignments, recorded content to watch, or reading to support the subject area.  At the beginning of the year, teachers will share a schedule that will be used for instruction during the school week.  This will provide students and parents with a framework for creating a schedule that works best for each learner.
