WrapAround is the before and after school program located on the campuses of 15 school sites. The 5-Star based program wraps around the school day beginning at 6:00 am until the start of school, and then from the end of the school day until 6:00 pm. More than 750 students between the ages of 5 and 12 years old are enrolled in the program throughout the school year. Summer WrapAround care is offered to students from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, at designated sites in the district.

The North Carolina Division of Child Development is the regulating authority of operations for WrapAround. Each site is evaluated on a scale between one to five stars, with five stars being the highest rating of care and programming. All 15 WrapAround sites are North Carolina licensed childcare facilities and maintain a 5-Star rating - the highest quality of care.
