Mr. Philyaw 1999 Graduate from West Caldwell High School.  He earned his Bachelors degree at Appalachian State University and is currently obtaining his Masters degree from Western Carolina University.  He taught at West Caldwell High School before moving to CECHS in 2019.  He is married to Mrs. Philyaw (also working at CECHS) and is the father of four children.
