My name is Emerald Williams. I was born and raised in Sampson County, North Carolina.  Graduating as a member of the Wolfpack and earning my BA in Secondary Math Education is one of my proudest moments. My MA in Executive Leadership was completed in 2014 through Gardner-Webb University. 

I have a beautiful daughter and two step-sons who keep me young and on the move!  When I am not in the classroom, you can find me in the gym picking up some new boxing moves or on a hiking trail with my husband, Brad. 

​My passion and heart are in my classroom working with young people and hopefully helping their world seem more real and less challenging as they work towards turning their dreams into reality!  I hope to keep every possible door open for each and every student until they decide which one to walk through.
