Mr. Wyant is beginning his second year at South Caldwell and Caldwell County Schools. Prior to his transition to administration, Mr. Wyant worked for nine years in Catawba County as a high school history teacher, coach, and teacher's assistant. His most recent teaching stint was at Bandys High School.

Mr. Wyant is a graduate of Maiden High School. He has an Associate of Science from Catawba Valley Community College (2010), a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State in Political Science (2012), and received his Masters in Educational Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte in 2022.
