Hello!

My name is Debi Miller. 

This is my 3rd year in 5th grade and I will be teaching math.  Last year, 2020-21, I taught 5th grade, all subjects, on Caldwell Connect.  I am glad to be back face to face with the students. 

I have been a part of the Dudley Shoals Elementary School family since 1997.  The first year, I was at Dudley Shoals Elementary School, I was the math remediation teacher for 2nd and 3rd grades.  In 1998, I began teaching 3rd grade.  

I participated in the Leadership Development Program in Caldwell County and was the Teacher of the Year in 2014-2015.

 I was born in New York City but moved to Central Florida when I was two.  I attended Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory and have been in the Unifour Area since.  Hobbies include my pets, traveling, country music, and reading. My favorite place to visit is the beach, any beach.
