    2023 Comprehensive Needs Assessment

     
    Caldwell County Schools has adopted a new school improvement planning tool. This tool, NCStar, allows the School Improvement Team to assess research-based indicators related to school improvement and to develop a school improvement plan aligned with these indicators. NCStar features components which allow teams to leverage attainable goals and track progress to ensure that school improvement is a reflective, continuous process. Caldwell Early College High School has adopted NC Star as a planning and tracking tool, and the school improvement plan is developed based upon identified indicators. 
     
     
     
    As elected by CECHS, all CECHS staff members will serve on the School Leadership Team for the 2023-2024 school year. The School Improvement Team parent representatives are Kelly Heavner and Mindy Lankford.
