WELCOME TO SPEECH!
There are several resources that parents can use at home with thier children to practice and develop their speech and language skills. Here are some useful websites that parents can use to work with their child at home:

What does a Speech Language Pathologist do?
Help children who may have difficulties in one or more of the following areas:
- Articulation...place and production of articulators
- Language...concepts such as spacial, quantity, and size as well as the structure of speech
- Voice...patterns of vocal abuse
- Fluency...the smoothness or flow with which sounds, syllables, words and phrases are joined together when speaking quickly
- Phonological Awareness...distinguishing between sounds
- Central Auditory Processing...memory tasks, listening skills attention, and sequencing
