PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS EACH TIME A WORK ORDER REQUEST IS SUBMITTED
SUBMITTING A WORK ORDER REQUEST
Please have a designated person and a back up person in your school to send in work orders. Only if the designated person is out, should your back up person send them in. This keeps the duplicating of work orders from happening.
1. The following information should be included on each work order sent in:
- Contact person for this work order or person requesting. This is someone that will be on site at all times.
- A good description of work required, including: work to be performed, location, and Room # .
2. Do not include more than one trade per work order.
Example: A sink leaking, lock broken, light not burning, etc. Each trade should be on a separate work order. If you are in doubt, that each request may be the same trade, make seperate work order request for each trade.
3. To submit a work order go into your sitenet web site. Sitenet address http://sitenet.caldwellschools.com/ (If this is a new address, be sure and save it to your favorites) · Work Management · Requests · Work Requests · User name & password · Fill in contact person · Fill in discription · Click Save Only click the save key one time. If for any reason you think that it did not send, please do not keep clicking the save key again. Each time you click save it sends the work order. You can pull up the Work Report Program ( See instructions) or call us to Check and see if it went through.
4. A work order number will be assigned. This is the place to print a hard copy, if you want to keep one. It is a good idea, because , you can refer to the work order number when checking the status.
EMERGENCY WORK ORDER:
If you have an emergency, please remember to call and send in a work order.
