Ms. Carlton is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University. She served as an Instructional Assistant at Whitnel Elementary for 12 years before becoming a lead teacher. She has worked with children ages birth thru five for the past 15+ years. Ms. Carlton has served in inclusive classrooms where she taught both typically developing children and children with special needs. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, watching football, traveling, walking her dog, and reading.
