Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UNC-Chapel Hill as well as her Master of Social Work and has been with Caldwell County Schools since 2006. She is licensed by the state of North Carolina as a clinical social worker and has 23 years experience in working with children and families. As a school social worker, Kim loves her role as the link between school, home and the community so students will achieve academic and social success. When not at the ball field watching her children play baseball and softball, she loves to relax at home and watch true crime shows.
