Northwest Cabarrus High School Replacement Project

Cabarrus County Schools (CCS) and the Board of Education is seeking Request for Qualifications from consulting firms interested in submitting Statements of Qualification for the new Northwest Cabarrus High School Replacement Project.  Please contact the following with any questions about this RFQ:  Mr. Brian Cone, Director of Architecture, Planning, and Construction at brian.cone@cabarrus.k12.nc.us or 704-260-5654 or Mr. Tim Lowder, Executive Director of Operations at george.lowder@cabarrus.k12.nc.us or 704-260-5671.

Firms may obtain RFQ packages beginning on March 6, 2023 at www.cabarrus.k12.nc.us or by visiting CCS at 4401 Old Airport Road, Concord, NC 28025.  Official Statements of Qualifications in response to the RFQ will be received until 3:00 pm on March 24, 2023.

Fixture, Furniture, and Equipment Selection

Cabarrus County Schools (CCS) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Fixture, Furniture, and Equipment services for our new R. Brown McAllister STEM Elementary School Replacement Project located in Concord, NC.  Firms interested in reviewing or obtaining the RFQ are requested to visit our website at www.cabarrus.k12.nc.us.  Go to “Departments”, “Construction”, “Bid Advertisements, RFP or RFQ”.  Official presentations will be needed in response to the RFQ. and virtual interviews will be scheduled on a first come first served basis on April 6, 2023.
