Hello! I am Mrs.Crowell, the Interim Media Coordinator for Central Cabarrus. I retired in June 2022 from Cabarrus County Schools and I am loving this time as a Viking!

 

I am from Concord, North Carolina and graduated from Northwest Cabarrus many years ago.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Social Science from Gardner-Webb University and my master's degree in Library Sc​ience from UNC-G. I earned my National Board Certification in 2016 and I recently received my renewal.

 

Library hours are Tues - Thursday 6:45 - 2:30 pm. Students can come to the media center to check out books before school, during class periods, Reconnect, or during their lunch break with an e-hall pass or note from their teacher. Students may check out as many books as they can manage and they have four weeks to return the items. There are NO late fees - just consider others and return materials in a timely manner.

 

Teachers that want to reserve a class period in the Viking Media Center can email me or fill out a time slot on the CCHS Workspace Reservations form.
