Welcome to 8th Grade Science and Earth and Environmental Science!
My name is Beth Horton! I'm originally from Wilmington, North Carolina. I just recently moved to Concord a year ago, and this is my second year at CC Griffin! I have a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Master of Arts in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in math and science from UNCW. I am extremely passionate about science & STEM as a whole and creating an inclusive environment for all my students to learn in! I'm excited about this year in 8th Grade and can't wait to get your students excited about Science!
