I am the Career Development Coordinator for the Career and Technical Education department. I taught Family and Consumer Sciences for 20 years prior to moving into this new role. 

I am a proud graduate of Appalachian State University and worked in the Fashion industry as well as Corporate management prior to entering the educational profession.

I am so excited to be working with the Public Safety Academy as well as the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism.  My role does not stop there, however,  as I will have the opportunity to work with all students to ensure the delivery of career development services.
