Welcome to Royal Oaks School of the Arts. 

My name is Dana Sbardella and this is my 12^th year teaching at Royal Oaks School of the Arts.  I am very excited this school year because I am returning as the MTSS Coach this year.  Prior to this position, I had the role of Lead Teacher.  I have experience working with students at all grade levels.  Prior to joining Cabarrus County Schools, I taught kindergarten in a neighboring county.  I feel blessed to be a part of the best staff and administration team in Cabarrus County.  I am super excited as we build our middle school and add 8th grade to our family.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading and being outside.
