Welcome back! 

Hello Rocket Families! My name is Jane O'Rourke and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a degree in Early Childhood Education. This will be my 10th year in the classroom and I am thrilled to be moving back to 3rd grade! I taught 3rd grade in a neighboring district for 6 years before taking time to stay home with my children. I returned to the classroom in 2019 to teach 2nd grade and found my home at ROSA the following school year. 

I am originally from Virginia and moved to Charlotte after graduating from college. I live in Concord with my husband, Patrick, our children, Camden and Finley, and our 2 cats named Charlie and Lola. 

I look forward to seeing both new and familiar faces this year and am excited to partner with you in helping your child SOAR!
