Ms. J.J. Downs

Hello!  My name is Ms. J.J. and I am the teacher in the Friendly Fish class.  This is my fifth year at the Mary Frances Wall Center.  Prior to joining MFWC I taught NC Pre-K in the Raleigh area for eight years.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from UNCC and a Pre-K Add-on license from UNC-Pembroke. 

I am originally from Lincolnton, NC and my husband and I currently live in Concord with our two dogs.  We have a daughter, Sara, who is also a teacher.
