Mrs. Meredith Sloop

Greetings! I am Mrs. Sloop this is my 11th year teaching and my 4th year here at Beverly Hills Elementary! I am a graduate of Catawba College with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Elementary Education K-6. I have experience teacher grades Kindergarten, Second, and Fourth Grades.  

Currently, I live in Salisbury with my husband, Jacob and son Callum, who will be 1 year old in October. I grew up in Richmond, Virginia and moved (or stayed) in North Carolina after graduating college. I am a former NCAA athlete in the sport of swimming. Growing up, I swam in year-round club teams and for my college swim team. I have also been involved in the swimming world as an instructor teaching swim lessons, and as a coach at the summer league, high school, and USA Swimming levels. 

My hobbies and likes are reading, the beach, flamingoes, anything Harry Potter, chocolate, and coca-cola.
