2021-2022 Returning Students: More Information

The Bethel School District online registration system is available to any parent with Internet. If you do not have access to a computer, you may complete the forms via your smartphone or at your student’s school once we have received confirmation from the Governor’s office that school offices may reopen (please reach out to the school for more information).
Students may not use the online registration system unless they are designated as an adult student, an unaccompanied youth or are assisting a guardian with the process. The term unaccompanied youth refers to youth who are not living with their parents or legal guardians. If you are not living with a legal guardian, contact the McKinney-Vento liaison, Donna Butera, at 541.607.1463 for assistance.
A snapcode will be emailed to the person identified as the Priority 1 Guardian in our student information system. You will receive a unique snapcode for each of your students.
All immunization data must be in place (including exemptions) prior to the first day of school.

How to Register

Same Address as Last Year?

If your returning student will be attending the same school as last year, and his/her address remains the same, use the snapcode to complete the online registration form.

This includes students moving from their neighborhood elementary school to their neighborhood middle school and students moving from middle school to Willamette High School.

Different Address from Last Year?

If your returning student will be attending the same school as last year, and his/her address has changed, use the snapcode to complete the online registration form.

Please also contact the school office with your address update.

Want to Transfer to a New School?

1. Register online: Use the snapcode to complete the online registration form for your neighborhood school.

2. Fill out the Bethel In-District transfer form: Complete the In-District transfer form for the 2020-21 school year here: Click here

3. Once processed, the preferred school will contact you with information about your requested transfer.

4. If approved, the information submitted using the online registration form will be shared with the new school and you will receive information from the new school.
