    Brighton Town Park Field Trip

    Periods 1-4 go to the park from 8:00 - 10:45 am

    Periods 5-8 go to the park from 11:15 - 2:30 pm

    Students engage in 3 ecology activities including study of a pond, forest, and field ecosystems.

    Dress appropriately for the weather (it will NOT be canceled if raining) and bring a writing implement as written work will be completed.

    The Whale Watch (see Whale Watch slideshow)

    An ELECTIVE weekend trip to Cape Cod and Provincetown to learn about New England history, marine environs, and ocean life culminating in a whale watch voyage aboard the Dolphin Fleet.

    The group stays at Cape Cod Sea Camps in cabins.  We leave on a Friday after school and return on the following Monday night missing only Monday classes.

    The trip costs _$____ and is very popular.  Seats on the bus are first pay- first reserved basis and may be limited.

    A highly recommended, very educational, and enjoyable trip for all!

    Attendance at 3 Workshops prior to the trip is Mandatory for all students.  The workshops are afterschool on ___TBA____________________________.  Failure to attend even one of the workshops may result in disqualification for the trip.

    A parent/student/staff meeting is also required on the evening of ____TBA__________ pm in the BHS auditorium.  Failure to attend this Mandatory meeting may result in disqualification for the trip.
