Bailey graduated from Northwest State Community College in 2018 with her Associates Degree in Nursing. She then started her nursing career working at St. Anthony Hospital on the med/surg tele floor and shortly after started school online through WGU, completing her Bachelor's in Nursing in 2019. She left the hospital setting and started working for the Bremerton School District in 2021. Bailey enjoys painting, crafting, pottery and sewing. She also has a passion for helping other individuals who have type 1 diabetes like she does. Be sure to look at what funky earrings she has on as they are a staple in her daily life!
