My enthusiasm for teaching began years before I actually taught in my own classroom. My desire to teach began when I was very young and was greatly influenced by my mother who was a preschool teacher. My mother demonstrated daily that if you show love and respect to children, they will respond positively. I have followed my mother’s principles throughout my teaching career. I feel that following these principles has allowed me to blossom into the educator I am today.  
Early on, I knew I could make a difference in students' lives, not only by helping students succeed academically, but also by valuing each child as a unique individual. 

I have transferred these principles into Instructional Coaching. My desire is to share a partnership with teachers that promotes student growth.
