On May 16, 2023, the Avondale Elementary School District Governing Board called for a special bond election.  The election will be on the November 7, 2023, ballot.  The District seeks authorization to issue bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $75,000,000. The estimated average annual tax rate for the proposed bond authorization is $0.48 per $100 of net assessed valuation used for secondary property tax purposes. This will be an all mail-in election.  Ballots will be mailed to registered voters beginning October 11.
