The Avondale Elementary School District was established in 1894. We have the highest percentage of A-rated schools in the southwest valley. Located west of Phoenix, our district is home to nine schools ranging from preschool through eighth grade with several magnet programs. Voted as the Best District in the southwest valley by Best of the Best in 2022. We are proud to be ranked among the best schools in the country by US News & World Report.
