My name is Kim Gray. This is my 12th year teaching. I began my teaching career as a first grade teacher at John S. Jones Elementary. This is my 11th year teaching second grade at Attalla Elementary School. I was voted the 2015-2016 Teacher of the Year for Attalla Elementary School. I am a native of Attalla. I graduated from Etowah High School in 2006. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Jacksonville State University in December of 2011. While attending JSU, I graduated with honors and was chosen as the Intern of the Year by the faculty of the education department. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Cody Gray. We have one daughter, Kaci Ruth, who is a first grader at AES.
