Hi there! 

My name is Mrs. Welsh and I am the lead teacher here at Neil Armstrong Elementary School. I have been teaching for ten wonderful years! I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from the University of South Florida in Tampa. GO BULLS! I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. Teaching is my passion! I knew, from the time I was very young, that I was going to be an educator. I thoroughly enjoy helping others and watching students succeed.
