My Name is Mrs. Fallyn Hoffart.  I am your child's 5th  grade teacher for the 2018-2019 school year! This will be my 12th year teaching (8th year at Deep Creek) and I am excited to make this my best year yet!  I am married to my wonderful husband, Josh, who is a science teacher at Charlotte High School.  We have three beautiful children, Myla (9), Avyn (7) and Camden (4).  Most of my free time is spent enjoying my family.

I grew up in Punta Gorda, Florida where I attended Deep Creek Elementary. I was a Ready, Respectful and Responsible Cub! I then attended Punta Gorda Middle School before graduating from Charlotte High School. 

After high school, I attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando.  I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Marketing.  Shortly after graduation, I returned to school to earn my teaching certification.  Since being employed with Charlotte County Public Schools, I have spent countless hours in Professional Development to further develop my craft.  A good teacher is always learning!
