​CALENDAR OVERVIEW
PROM: Tuesday, May 27th from 7:00-11:00PM at the Overlook at Meehan
Graduation Rehearsal: Wednesday, May 28th at 2:00pm at McVinney Auditorium
SENIOR AWARDS NIGHT: Thursday, May 29th at 6:00pm at Grace Pavillion
GRADUATION: Tuesday, June 3rd at 6:00pm at McVinney Auditorium in Providence, RI
Graduation is free, but all guests must register for a free ticket on GoFan 
Seniors report to Graduation by 4pm for professional photographs

GRADUATION INFORMATION

  • Tickets and Registration:  Graduation is free, but all guests must register for a free ticket on GoFan 
  • Date: Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025
  • Time: Lobby opens at 5:15, doors open at 5:30pm, ceremony begins at 6pm.  Please have your ticket ready. Graduating seniors should report at 4:00pm for photos.
  • Location: McVinney Auditorium (enter "30 Fenner Street, Providence RI, 02903" in GPS to arrive at free parking lots)​
  • Rehearsal: Mandatory for all graduating seniors - 2:00pm on Wednesday, May 28th.  Must be present to walk the stage on Graduation Day!
  • Parking: Parking is provided free of charge for up to 150 spots (guests are encouraged to carpool).  Enter "30 Fenner Street" into GPS in order to be directed to the free lots.  Details and maps here.​
  • Photos: Professional graduation photos for the graduates will occur before the ceremony. Families are encouraged to take their own photos inside McVinney's beautiful space or in the Cathedral area behind the building (rather than out front, which is near a major road).
SENIOR AWARDS NIGHT
At Senior Awards Night, TAPA celebrates the academic and artistic accomplishments of the graduating class with their families.  All seniors are meaningfully recognized at this event.
  • Date: Thursday, May 29th
  • Time:  Doors open 5:30pm, Ceremony begins 6:00pm​
  • Location:  The Pavillion at Grace, 300 Westminster Street, Providence RI 02903 (across the street from TAPA)
  • Tickets: All seniors receive a free ticket for themselves and two additional guests on GoFan, for three total Comp/Free tickets.  Up to two (2) additional tickets may be purchased for $15 each under "Additional Guest Ticket" on GoFan until May 19th.  After May 19th, if tickets are still available they will become available for purchase.  RESERVE TICKETS HERE ON GOFAN! 
  • Dress:  There is no strict dress code, but most guests come dressed up.  Wear what you feel great in!
