Provides visionary leadership with the ability to look towards the future, anticipate the needs of the district and put people and programs in place to address those needs.
Provides collaborative leadership to the staff and community in addressing the educational needs of students in the district through a well-rounded program that balances academics, athletics, activities and the arts.
Maintains an effective working relationships with the wide range of stakeholders that impact the Toppenish schools, including the Yakama Nation, the Officeof the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, the U.S. Department of Education and others.
Continually seeks new and innovative sources of funding for programs that will meet the needs of Toppenish students.
