I was born and raised in Modesto, California. I am a graduate of Grace Davis High School and the University of the Pacific. I am also an author of two novels for teens. I am currently working on my third, as well as a picture book for young children. I have been a teacher since 1990 - most of which has been at Salida Middle School. I currently teach 7th and 8th Grade Social Studies but have also taught 7th and 8th Grade Language Arts, Arts and Crafts, Video Broadcasting, Computers and Technology, and even 6th Grade at SMS. I have also been a club advisor for the Arts and Crafts Club as well as the Interact Club.
