Middle School Math March Update

March 18, 2022

In eighth-grade math class, we are doing a unit on exponents & scientific notation. When this unit is complete we will quickly cover the volume and surface area of three-dimensional figures and look at two-way tables. When these topics have been introduced and practiced, we will begin reviewing all the topics in preparation for MAP testing.

Today the eighth-grade algebra class is testing over solving quadratic equations. Beginning next week we will start covering some eighth-grade standards such as transformations, volume, surface area, and two-way tables in preparation for MAP testing.
