There are 3 ways a family can qualify:

1. Income of 200% or less than the Federal poverty guidelines

2. Program participation (such as Free Reduced Lunch Program eligible, SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, etc.) or

3. Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating broadband provider's existing low-income internet program.

 


What you should know:

  • Plans will be no more than $30/month with a download speed of 100 Mbps
  • 20 providers to choose from
  • New or existing internet plans

 


How to sign up:

Step 1: Claim your Affordable Connectivity Program Benefit online. You may also send an application by mail (available in English and Spanish).

Step 2: Contact a participating internet service provider to choose an internet plan.
