Catering Fees Effective 1/1/17
Ordering timelines:
- Orders must be placed 7 working days in advance. For example, if an event is on the 10th, the order must be placed on the 1st (longer if holidays included).
- Drink orders must be placed within 5 working days. For example, if an event is on the 14th, the order must be placed on or before the 7th (longer if holidays included).
- For large orders of 100 items or more, contact Blanca Banda x45118.A price break MAY be available depending on the cost of the items.
Events ordered late will be charged a fee:
Cancellation Fees:
- Events must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the event, or fees will be charged.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Drinks – 10%
- Perishable Items ordered but not yet prepared – 50%
- Perishable Items already prepped – 100%
Additional Fees:
- Labor Charges:
- Kitchen Use requires that a Nutrition Services Staff with health department certification is present to assist. The cost is $25/hour if an event is scheduled before 7 am or after 2 pm.
- Retrieval Fee:
- Items are not returned to the kitchen - $10
- Missing Items - cost to replace
- Equipment Rental:
- Coffee Urns - $5
- Chafing Dishes - $14
- Drink Barrels - $5
