Our School Facilities are Top Notch

  • OCPS has one of the most successful and widespread building programs in the country. Since 2003, 64 new schools have been built and 132 schools have been renovated, replaced, or upgraded. An additional 7 new schools are scheduled to be completed in the next five years.

Orange County citizens showed their strong support of public education by approving the renewal of a 1 mill referendum a third time in August 2022 -- with 82% voter support -- which will help preserve academic programs, retain highly qualified teachers and protect arts, athletics and student activities.
