Office of Material Management
The Office of Material Management is comprised of Warehousing and Distribution Services, Printing Services, Mailing and Courier Services. The mission is to provide high quality and responsive customer service environment.

The
Warehousing and Distribution Services Team operates two facilities totaling over 100,000 square feet of warehousing storage. They partner with two dedicated shipping vendors to handle all our shipping needs.
Our team manages Surplus Operations, to include providing warehousing and distribution support to the following departments:
- Student Services
- OCPS Foundation
- Test Development and Measurement
- Food and Nutrition Services
- Central Support Services
- Maintenance and Facilities
- Emergency Management
- District PPE
- Various smaller departments
Printing Services is located on the campus of Orange Technical College- South Campus. Their mission is to provide the highest-quality products and services, in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. Their goal is to not only meet, but exceed your expectations, while leading our students to success.
Mailing and Courier Services are located at the RBELC and Magic Way. The Mail Center processes metered mail, bulk mail, Priority and Express mail, overnight letters and packages district wide as well as courier mail for the Educational Leadership Center in the most cost effective manner. Courier Services provides services twice a week to all schools and district offices.
