When asked the question, “Why do you like Nettleton?”, it’s not a hard one to answer. When coming to a new school and knowing barely anyone, it can be scary. However, with Nettleton, this wasn’t the case. As soon as came here I felt apart of the school. I didn’t just feel apart of a school though, I felt apart of a family. They welcomed me with open arms. Nettleton challenges me, gives me new opportunities, makes me feel apart of the community, and most of all makes me feel at home. - Sydney Huntsman, 8th Grade

One of my favorite things about Nettleton is that the teachers here are always very supportive of the students. Nettleton also provides a very good learning environment for the students and makes them feel welcome no matter the situation. That's personally one of my favorite things about Nettleton because I can't learn properly when I'm not comfortable in the classroom. - Samyria Sanders, 8th Grade

We have had children attending the Nettleton school district for the past 14 years. Throughout those years, we have been deeply involved in many aspects of the school district including parent committees, volunteering opportunities, athletics and fundraising as well as several other areas. We have had children at 7 Nettleton campuses over their school careers. Each of those school campuses has provided our three children the best education and most outstanding support from both teachers and administrators. The Nettleton Junior High School is certainly no exception. From classroom teachers to administrators to office staff, we have been blessed with people who not only love and care for our children but also offer them a safe place to learn and grow. Our 3rd child is currently going through the Nettleton Jr High School and we love it has much now as we did with our first child in 2013. We are proud to call ourselves RAIDERS and we so are thankful for the memories, education, and relationships that we have made within our Nettleton family. - Billy & Mandy Pool, Parents
