I'm currently teaching Geometry and Algebra 1 here at Kamiak HS and started my teaching career in 2000. I grew up in Norway and graduated from Olen Vidergaaende Skule, moving to the US in 1990. I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor in Mathematics and later got my teaching certificate through Western Washington University. My family and I live in the Mukilteo School district and I love connecting with kids in my classroom as well as in the community. 

When I'm done teaching I love spending time with my family in Eastern Washington. There is nothing better than enjoying a beautiful sunset with family and friends.
