Automated phone calls from the Moses Lake School District are delivered via SchoolMessenger. The caller ID for these calls at the district level is (509) 766-2650. The calls from the individual schools will be from the main number for that school. You can find the school numbers here.

TROUBLESHOOTING

ROBO-CALLS & EMAILS: Families are automatically enrolled in the Robo-call system using phone numbers in the users SKYWARD account. Staff are automatically enrolled at the time of employment. If you're not receiving calls or emails, double-check the following:

  • Confirm the primary and secondary phone numbers for your student are accurate. Log in to your Skyward account or contact your school to confirm your account numbers.
  • Ensure the MLSD phone number is not blocked on your phone (509.766.2650)
  • Empty your voice mailbox.

Sometimes, either intentionally by someone, or by accident, a phone number can be blocked on your phone. Here's how to unblock numbers:   Apple  |  Android

If this happens repeatedly (by someone other than yourself), consider adding a passcode to your phone, or change the passcode you currently have.

SCHOOL MESSENGER APP:  Recieve push notifications to your phone and control your message settings.

Apple |  Android
