• The LEAD 2016 cohort heard the Mountain Brook story from our superintendent in a campfire setting.  They were charged with weaving themselves into the fabric of our school district.  They were challenged to build a structure that would allow a marble to pass through 5 different structures built by different groups.  This required teamwork and collaboration with other groups.  The structure represented a student's journey through our schools.  The student or the marble in this metaphor made its way through the structure to graduation with the help and support of all involved.  We are all collectively responsible for each student in our district.
