Claire Tynes began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Midfield Elementary in 1995. She has been at Brookwood Forest since 1998, first as the Speech-Language Pathologist, and most recently as the Academic Interventionist.

 

She graduated from Hollins College in Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in English. She then earned a Master's of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Montevallo in 1995. 

 

Mrs. Tynes has recently completed coursework to become a Certified Academic Language Therapist through The Shelton School.
