Bradley O'Neill graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, with a Bachelor of Arts degree and an emphasis in Early Childhood Education.  Her professional career started out teaching first grade and kindergarten, respectively.  She then moved to Birmingham and began a teaching career at Crestline Elementary.  While at Crestline, she served various jobs, including kindergarten assistant, first grade teacher, and finally fourth grade teacher.  Although, the majority of her 25 years at Crestline have been spent teaching fourth grade.  

Bradley has been recognized by Mountain Brook City School district by exemplifying the highest standards of a Mountain Brook Educator and received a Performance Award to celebrate that accomplishment.  She has also served on several committees at Crestline.  Some of which include Planning Team, Celebrate Writing, Staff Development, Caring Committee, Textbooks, Technology, Grade Level Chair, and Professional Learning Community Chair, and Culture Committee to name a few.

Her greatest passion in the classroom is teaching math and science.  She enjoys watching children grow and learn from each other.  She believes every child can succeed and creates an enthusiasm for learning in her classroom.
