Mrs. Black is SO excited to be your child's 2nd grade teacher!  Crestline Elementary is a special place, and she feels blessed to be a part of the Crestline family.  This is her 21st year of teaching, and she has taught Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades throughout her teaching career.  Mrs. Black loves spending her days with second graders!  

 

She received her BS degree in Early Childhood Education from Birmingham-Southern College and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. 

 

Mrs. Black and her husband Bill have FIVE children:  Sibley(21), Will(20), Gracy(19), Kate(17) and Caroline(16).   They love spending time together as a family.  They enjoy cooking together, watching Alabama football  and basketball games, and going to the lake together. :) 

 

This is going to be a wonderful year!  She can't wait to meet you all!
